Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in from: 2:00pm

Check out by  : 10:00am

Q: Is a security bond required upon check-in?

Yes, a security bond of $200.00 AUD or more is required upon arrival for incidental charges, which can be left as a pre-auth on a credit card. If a credit card is not provided a $300.00 AUD cash bond will be required. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes, we have an After Hours Check-in Service available. If you are arriving outside of our reception hours, please contact us in advance to arrange it.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Depending on room availability, we may be able to offer a late check-out of 2 hours for a fee of $25 per apartment. 

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit of $200 or more is payable at time of booking, (depending on season and duration of the booking).
The balance will be charged 28 days(4 weeks)  before arrival.

Please note that guests under 18 years of age cannot be accommodated at this property. You must show a valid photo ID and debit/credit card upon check in.

Please also note that this property requires a refundable AUD 200 debit/credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. If no valid credit card is available at check in, up to a AUD 500 cash security bond is required. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation.

For bookings that check in after office hours, full payment will be taken 3 days before the guests’ arrival.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Monday to Friday:  8.30am to 4.30pm
Saturday               :  9.00am to 11.00am

Q: What are your rates for children and families?

All children under 2 years old stay free, when using existing beds. A cost of $20 AUD per night for per cot/cribs.

Q: What I need to do upon check-in?

You are required to sign a check-in form. Your contact details, credit card, and drivers licence details will be taken at check-in.
For bookings arriving after reception hours, the balance of your booking will be charged to your credit card in advance, and you are required to see the reception on the following day to pay the security bond.

Q: Can I have an early check-in?

Subject to availability, please speak with one of our friendly staff prior to your arrival. Additional charges may apply depending on availability.

Q: What do I need to do before check out?

Aristocrat Apartments are self-contained holiday apartments, not a hotel unfortunately. All guests are required to do basic cleaning before departure. Cleaning charges may apply if not carried out. Please collect all of the rubbish and place into the rubbish bins located in the basement of the building. Please also ensure all kitchenware used is also cleaned appropriately, and place all dirty linen in the bathroom. We appreciate your assistance!

Q: Do you have rollaway beds, cots, highchairs, strollers, etc?

All of the above are available for hire during your stay.

Q: Can I cancel my booking?

If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, the guest will receive a full refund less $50 administration fee.
If the booking is cancelled between 14-28 days before planned date of arrival the guest will forfeit the full amount of the one night deposit paid.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund.
Alternately the guest may choose to rebook accommodation for another date within 3 months of previous reservation. Bookings must be made on the day of Cancellation.
If you have been offered and accepted to re-book new dates, via the above conditions, there will be no refund if cancelled at any time. There will be no refund for early departures. Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be treated as a no-show in respect of a booking and will result in the total payment under that Booking Confirmation (including any Add-on charges together with any applicable tax paid) non-refundable and will be forfeited.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Yes, one free token for limited data Wi-Fi is provided to you upon check-in. Additional tokens may be purchased at reception for a small fee if required.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Car parking is FREE in our secure underground car park (1 vehicle per apartment). The carpark height is 2.1m.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes, full linen is supplied. We supply one bath towel and hand towel per guest. Extra towels are available from reception for just $5 each for your entire stay.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Aristocrat Holiday Apartments are "Unserviced Apartments" which means that your apartment is not serviced daily but for stays of more than 7 days, you will have a mid stay clean.

Q: Can you supply extra beds for additional guests?

Yes, older children and adults are charged AUD $30 per person, per night for extra beds.

Q: Do you offer a babysitting service?

Yes, a babysitting service can be arranged on request. Please contact us to find out more.

Q: Are pets allowed at the resort?

No pets are allowed at Aristocrat Holiday Apartments.

Q: Do you offer business facilities for corporate guests?

Photocopying and faxing is available at reception.

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes, we have a tour desk to help with any bookings you may need such as theme park tickets, airport transfers, whale watching, fishing charters, day cruises, winery tours, go-karts, dinner shows (fees apply).

Q: Q: How many people can the apartment accommodate?

In the 1 bedroom apartment, there is sleeping for up to 2 persons using the available bedding which is a Queen bed. A 3rd person can be accommodated with a rollaway bed at an extra charge of $30/night.

In the 2 bedroom apartment, there is sleeping for up to 4 persons using the available bedding which is a Queen and 2 x Single beds. A 5th person can be accommodated with a rollaway bed at an extra charge of $30/night. Therefore the maximum number of persons allowed in a 1 bedroom is 3, and the 2 bedroom is 5 regardless of age. This is due to fire regulations and is not negotiable.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

You'll find the heart of Surfers Paradise in Cavill Mall which is a 1.2km walk, 2.5km to Broadbeach.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Coffee shops, cafe's and a grocery store are 50 metres away. Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is 3.0km. Some restaurants and fast food shops are also nearby.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Yes, buses and the G-Link Tram Network are just 2 minutes walking distance.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

Q1 and Skypoint Observation Deck, Infinity, Draculas, AquaDuck are all close by.
